Who are we?

The Science National Honor Society (SNHS) is a high school honor society established in 2000 in Texas to recognize and promote academic excellence and community spirit in the various scientific fields.

At the SJA Jeju Chapter, we provide various science-related community service opportunities and events, to inspire scientific thought and engagement not only within our school but throughout the Global Education City (GEC) in Jeju.

Advancing Scientific Knowledge

At SNHS, a community of passionate students across diverse scientific fields—including biology, environmental science, physics, and chemistry—we encourage our members to deepen their studies and research through collaboration with like-minded peers.

Community Outreach & Service

At SNHS, our members apply their scientific knowledge and skills to enhance learning environments and support students and faculty. Beyond our school community, we strive to reach broader scientific communities and expand our service efforts.

Building Future Scientists

At SNHS, we strive to build a strong scientific foundation for our members. Through events and initiatives, we encourage students to explore the realm of science, engage in independent projects, and foster a collaborative community focused on sharing knowledge.
